Weddings in Spring Lake | Marisa and Brian's Wedding at Doolans Shore Club

Weddings in Spring Lake are usually lots of fun to photograph. The whole feel of the Jersey Shore is perfect for a wedding. It makes for a more laid back atmosphere which is something that can only make the day go by smoother. Brian and Marisa's wedding was no different. We starting shooting at Doolans Shore club for some bride prep and then proceeded to Divine Park in Spring Lake, NJ. For first look images, we began to do something different. I thank Marisa for this and have been doing it ever since. Instead of having the bride come up from behind and surprise the groom, I am now having the groom turn around when his bride is about 15 feet away! This way he can see her head to toe at first glance, similar to how he would had they not have a first look. It also lends itself to creative first look imagery. After the first look, we kept shooting at the park and then headed to the beach for a few quick photos. Finally we headed to the venue for the ceremony and festivities. My staff and I had a wonderful time photographing this wedding. Congrats Marisa and Brian! I hope everyone enjoys the images!
